today I stayed in the office after finishing all my work 'cause Ｉwant to learn more. compared with the days that I was watching the clock turning to 18;00. I fond that many people come to visit my Boss and  they chatted for a long time in a very high mood. I make sence that it might be the differnence between Boss and common staff. Big Boss's work begin with the end of our work. they have many thing to discuss and they share many things in the same business, that's why they are bosses and Iam just a little staff.

I spend most of my time on watching TV after work and hardly do any reading. I did all kinds of things merely want to kill time but never have the thought of improving my self.maybe, years later,Ｉam still a littel staff in a company or reduced to a cleaning worker due to my old age.

another strange thing is that we are inclined  accept the opinions from our relatives or friends rather than our Boss. if they advise same thing to us, for example, to do as much as you can in your work and have a good relationship with your colleagues, we regard Boss's opinion as bad one for they want us to do more job. but it is the careness from our family members.

so we have to be reasonable. i think Bosses and their staffs could and should have a same aim and a good relationship. they shouldnt against each all the time. they should treat each other sincerely.in that case the company will go in a healthy way.

that's my thoughts today.
