Whom you can count on for this issue?
Don’t expect too much when you got problems. I have lost my faith to any of you to lend me a hand to solve the problems in my way. But the problems I got were not really mine.
The electric fee is extremely high in my dorm since we don’t have any washing machine or refrigerator and we only have two persons live i8n the house. I called the Electricity Board in hope of finding someone to examine the electricity meter, after minutes of negotiating they told me to find the administer in our building first because this is not business.
I said ok and turned to the administer. Hardly had I got the tel. and it took me ages to get through. I called thousands of times and on one answered the phone. FinallyＩgot access to them they answer that I should call one or two hours in advance. So I called again they then said they were busy and only one person was on duty. It would be better if I called in .daytime; you see not every body have the threshold of patient like me. But I did call. It’s no use at all. They find different excuses to push me away. Now the problem is still left unsolved.
What the hell they are doing? Waste my time and tel. fee.

- take it easy ,something you can't change so accept it,at the same time ,don't feel terrible for fault of others.

- How can you have high electricity charge when you don't even have those appliances? The meter is not accurate and running faster than than normal. Get them to fix it and if they don't repair the meter then they are cheating you. It is so easy to slow down the meter or even stop the meter running, but it may be illegal.

- The bureauacracy in such organization is really annoying. It usually takes ages to go through all those red taps, paper works and so called process. and the worst part is they always shift duties. it would drive you crazy just to find the right person! From your description,perhaps there is something wrong with ammeter. did you try to connect the property management staff? sometimes, they might help in such issues

- I heard digital electric meter does have this problems...You should call the company and tell them the meter doesnt work, and let them check it for you...

You could send your complaint to relevant department.

- You can find it if you try. Ask a friend to help you. The meter is usually in the corridor on the same floor of your dorm or just follow the electric wires to your electric meter.
After you find the meter go back to your room to switch off everything which is using electricity. If the meter is still running then something wrong with the meter or somebody is stealing your electricity.
