i didn't come here for such a long time, cos i was too busy every day. too much burden broken my neck. so it was the first time that i came to see a doctor in Shenzhen.
piles of file on my desk waiting for checking, after a day's work, my eyes hurt seriously.i am a non-stop machine in my office. two of my colleagues resigned, my boss aksed me to do all the work they left. it really put me into the hell, what's worse, boss didn't plan to recruit new coleague. maybe, i am the next one to resign.

- Moli is right, think twice before making any decision. Your working conditions seem terrible, but to overcome these situations, you need to have a calm and organized mind. Let your boss know that you would do the best you can. It is not necessary to exert yourself to the limits. You only need to do what is within your reasonable capacity. There is no assurance that the next job is better than this one. Every job has it's negative side. Good things don't come easy. To be truly successful, you have to go through crises and stress tests.
