After the new year vacation, the weght i put on is beyond my expeection. half a month, i grown 0.5kg per day, the result is that i couldn't put on my clothes. when i walked into my office, the first greeting of my colleagues was that " you getting fatter" 

when i came back, my Mother try to prepare different food for me every day because i only back once a year, and  she didn't allow me to do anything to help her, so each day, i just eat, drink and sleep. looking at my big faces in the mirror, seems that the mirror is too samll to. 

due to the above reasion, i have to make a decesion, get up early in the morning to do some exercise and sleep and eat regularly.hope i can come back to myself.
