&nbsp; &nbsp; Today i want to write something about one of my another colleagues. Of course he is a post 90s.he joined in our company at last year! We seldom recruit anybody because of our special businesses security! My boss usually interviews by himself,he is especially picky in this aspect.so one day when he called whether we need anymore people i said no with no hesitation. But days later,he called again and another colleague picked up the phone and transfer to wenjing,she asked him to send his resume。to my surprise,he didn't send by email but came to knock at &amp;nbsp;the door .after my boss look through his resume,he decided to meet the guy!later he became one member of our team! &nbsp;<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;He worked as a salesman, although things were not going very smoothly and he was very nervous,he didn't give up,called a lot of customers every day,and little by little, he won some customer and things changed! Sometimes he is not that reliable but it is not what I want to emphasize today. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;He went to night classes to learn english everynight after work till 23.00, one day when we chatted together,he said he never go to bed befer 3.00 in the early morning. I was shocked, no wonder he always later to work. He read lots of books &amp;nbsp;ranging in many aspects.brings a notebook whenever he gose,we like call him professor! You can ask him any details of diamonds and gemstones, nothing's he would not know and answer with a hundred percent assuredness.</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp;He is preparing one exam recently, FGA he said,i never heard that before, &amp;nbsp;if you have a FGA certificate, you could go to the Britten without applying the visa! &nbsp;It is his dream he claimed,and he asked me why i don't take the exam since i have language advantages! His asking makes me speechless suddenly. &nbsp; &nbsp; I don't know,i replied. I don't know what is my aim,i don't have a dream! For so many years after graduation,i went to work day after day, i never thought of my dream. I had a dream once,but I 've lost it some day, i even didn't aware of that! What a pity!</div><div><br></div>
