Need advice

May be five or six years ago, i am quite confident about my English, some of my friends admired that my oral English was better than them!but now, I almost forget all the basic words. I feel it's so hard to print a word correctly and to pick up a word when i talk to someone. I seldom talk or write in English in the last five years. I want to improve my English from the basic.pls give me some advice.

- You have already passed the most difficult part in spoken English if previously you can talk readily. The most difficult part is the ability to talk in English and quite a lot of people are unable to cross this barrier. You have crossed it already. Certainly, in any language, if you don't use it regularly, you would be stiff and forget the skill and words. All you have to do is to practice talking in English and you would be OK. As it is quite time consuming and tedious for others to practice with you, so you can consider watching English movies or find an online tutor. You can be successful.

- Practise more, use more, and try your best to communicate with the peple, of course in English. I don't think master English will have a short cut, instead it is need persist and a determinded heart.
