In your eyes, you only have the computer since the day we bought it. So long as you are at home, undoubtedly you are in front of it. I am afraid that if you spend too much time in playing computer, you might “install” a “screen saver” in early age which affects your study, and moreover, I am worry about that you get contract by the internet “virus”. Therefore, I confined your online time. But you said that it is a stereotype “operating system”, it needs to upgrade.

In the family head meeting the other day, your head teacher said that your grades went down obviously, and what’s more, all kinds of “illegal operation” happened on you. For instance, who doesn't finish the homework alone but “copy” your classmates’; “send” messages to MM in the class. I cannot say that it all caused by the computer, but at least you have got a computer syndrome. Even if you see the underline in your homework, you would use your pen to hit it involuntarily. You have to know that, no matter how many times you have hitted, it won’t link you to the answer!

I admitted that you have talent in computer that in such a young age you have got an intermediate computer certificate. If you don’t focus on the groundwork now, you will be “deleted” by the society. I am not going to give you a sermon, because each time you just enter “dormant state”. If only you hear the log on sound of the “restart system” which could make you energetic again.

I feel strange between us from time to time, because I cannot understand you as much as before, even your words; I need to search it in “Powerword” to get the answer. In my eyes, you like an encrypt file which I forget the password to access or even sometimes I don’t even know the format of the picture so that I fail to open it by using the inappropriate tool. Further more, you sometimes like a pile of messy code, I don’t understand, I cannot open, I am not clear about what inside of your “hard disk”.

To be honest, I don’t want to change your original “interface”, I also don’t want to hang on a “blank screen” to you, don’t want to “compress” your trait. I want you to grow up with freedom. I only just want my love to help you to build a defensive “firewall”. I don’t want to control you that much or it will restrict your “development”, but I am afraid if I don’t strict with you and you will turn up “program” failure.

Can you understand me, my dear son; can you understand a mother’s love? Since the day you came to this world, I have poisoned by the “I love you” virus that infected my “memory” which is beyond redemption.

All right, I knew that you are going back home from school, so that’s all for today. I don’t want to be a majestic mother but rather to be your friend that can talk everything.
