There is a writer who after his famous, he feels hectic invariably. He not only has not appetite to eat very often but also cannot sleep well. He feels tired to live his life and gradually he has suffered from emotional distress. All family members were worried about his condition and accompanied him to look all around for psychotherapy. At the same day, the writer found a local renowned psychologist.

The writer asked: “Why do I feel very busy since I became famous and my life is getting tired and tired?”

The psychologist asked: “What have you been busy about in your daily life?”

The writer answered truthfully: “I have social communicates, make speeches, accept all sorts of media interviews meanwhile I still need to write…. Ah! I live a tired and bitter life.”

The psychologist opened a wardrobe and talked to the writer: “I have many finery clothes here, and you put all of those on, then you can find the answer.”

The writer answered: “The clothes on me now is enough, if I dress all those gayest clothes up, I will certainly feel heavier and undoubtedly uncomfortable too.”

The psychologist said: “Now that you have understood this reasoning, why do you turn to me?”

The writer was confused. 

The psychologist said: “You just a writer but not a social communicator, orator nor politician. Then why you need to act as a social communicator, orator and politician? Aren’t you making a rod for your own back?”

After hearing the psychologist’s words, the writer suddenly understood: “Everyone can only pursue what belongs to oneself, and what oneself is capable of, so that you can attain authentic happiness, and life will be much easier and relax!
