Mum is a considerate, distinctive as well as an uncomplaining housewife. She never makes influential decisions by her own but consult with Dad spontaneously.

To phone my parents on every weekend is my must-do mission. Mum always shows much concern about my work and living condition. It was quite funny that she often asked me jokingly “May I come to see you”? I deemed it cannot be true because Mum suffers from carsickness terribly so I neither gave her a YES or NO until this National Holiday. I don’t make commitment if I have no certainty of fulfilling my words. She was tickled pink to grant my consent all at once. When I called her the next day to confirm the schedule, unexpectedly, she was sunk into a state of low spirits. I could share her thought thoroughly though. I knew it was a big decision and a great challenge to her as she gets carsick and worries about the housework. “I was joked with you” Mum explained. “Mum, you should take this chance or you will never know how your daughter leads her life” I responded. I believed, in her heart she yearned for this opportunity for quite long. Thanks for Dad’s ideological work and support for Mum, she finally accepted the challenge.

As a matter of fact, it was a big determination for me too. Because I was sure Mum’s visit will not only disturb my quotidian schedule, but to take good care of her also is my responsibility. Well, I am so proud of myself that I made a right decision without having any selfish notions or excuses.

Aunt, my father’s sister is just like a mother who loves me unconditionally. My Mum never spoils me but she does. Mum would love me to share her housework, however, Aunt never the same, she not only pampers me, but also serves me like God. She came to meet me at a restaurant for morning tea at 08:30 on Oct 2nd and afterwards we went to the bus station to pick my Mum up. I was so glad that Mum didn’t suffer too much albeit she vomited for several times. Delightfully, Aunt and we had a terrific time together.

In the evening, Mum asked me to give Daddy a call. She missed Daddy and wanted to share her happiness with him. Ha~ Lovely!

The second day, brother came and Mum insisted to cook for us. You could imagine how delicious food we eta. HA! We went to Yuexiu Park after lunch. The Park was a sea of faces. How spectacular scene we had observed. Unfortunately, brother didn’t have dinner with us because of the raining weather and he returned to Foshan. Jolly, we had a wonderful time together still.

Mum is always a greatest mother. I am so guilty that am really have no idea what she likes to eat, but she cooked my favorite food every day and stewed me nutritious soup specially. I was annoyed by her somehow. “No, I would not have the soup myself, I would like you to share with me, otherwise I would not take a sip of it” I complained. Ha~ She is a submissive mother.

I intended to take my Mum to visit many famous places but she refused. She preferred to some quiet, natural and clean places. So I took her to riversides and parks every mornings and evenings. We had a very happy time in those places indeed. Mum and I are easy contented types. Ha!

I am so proud of my parents. They are a very lovely couple. Dad called me to show mother around and reminded me to climb the mountain on the Double Ninth Festival. Mum asked me to phone Daddy every evening to show concern. How sweet they are!

This morning we had a splendid time with another Aunt together. They wanted my Mum to stay at their homes for some time. I called my Mum just now, she said she enjoys her stay there. Great!

Mum not only said that she is the luckiest person, but also the happiest. Mum, you are my happiness.

Here, I would like to give my sincere thanks to my best friend Qiu Jie who wanted to offer her house for me during my Mum's visit though I didn't take it. She went back to Shanghai for ten days so her house is empty and she thought is a good idea for my Mum and I to live in her big house. Thank you again Qiu Jie, I am so glad to share with you that my Mum and I had a wonderful time together and I am waiting for your early return. Miss you.
