What an Important Notice I had ever seen...

I was waiting my friends to pick me up at the building gate. This notice completely absorbed the attention of my eyes. At that moment, I was open-mouthed and this notice published by Guangzhou Labor and Employment Service Administration Centre. I was surprised a lot by the English sentences. My friends and I can't even believe it by our eyes. We are not good at English, but we are crystal clear that the writing mode. Especially, this is a formal notice. It could be appeared more formally.
