Plenty of things happened unpredictably these days. Some of them can even drive people crazy. But most of them made me over the moon.

I give my parents a call per week. This weekend was not exceptional. Mom’s voice sounded not as usual but rather very tired. I asked her what’s going on. She said, I am fine, these days you’re Dad and I was busying with harvesting crops. Oh, I even forgot this harvest season totally. I talked a lot with my Mom. Later, Mom asked Daddy to answer my phone, Hello, Dad, how are you? Dad’s voice wholly different, it’s kind of satisfaction. Dad said, my adore girl, how are you, your job, health… everything. I told him everything was alright with me. I asked him the harvested. He told me it’s a great bumper harvest. And he stored a lot of delicious food for me. ^o^ In fact, Dad wants me to go back home, but every time the words from him; he said its Mom’s idea. Dad’s loves were stronger than I was a kid.

Hearing the tired voice of my Mom, it made me feel heart ache. ~@~ I only remitted them some money and asked them to take care. Jeez, Momma’s birthday is coming. What shall I do? I have no idea yet, I will consider as the time comes up. Mom and Dad, I love you.

My golly, I missed his phone just one second, and then I phoned him back at once. He was questioning me for a little while; I acted as a dumb person. Silence for a moment, we got down to business. I offered all the information he was required.  After this, we were ended our conversation. On our way to restaurant， I received his message. This message absolutely drove my colleagues crazy; they thought it’s a bit too thick to say it in this way. To me, I can't help laughing. I know him too well. Sometimes he acts just like a child, have no sense of an adult. To be honest, I like this kind of people; if you get to know him or her well, you won’t get hurt by them.(even they have a bad temper)

Saturday morning, RK told me that today is Icing’s birthday, he asked me whether I met with her. Wow… She hasn’t told me yet, how came you get to know this? I asked. He said, after you’ve gone last night, she revealed it by speaking. Well, it’s great!~  and I will leave her a message. I said. I was thinking and thinking, then I decided to hold a party for her this evening, I let all over the world know this. Haw-haw…

I have done a lot for her in the afternoon indeed; I was feeling very happy as well. (Honeys, sweeties, cuties, [they own a nice name] haw-haw…) They told me, after I left; they have sung birthday songs for her already. Some of them still preparing. I required them if it’s okay to have a party tonight at ten. Great! All voted.

Not only was her day, but also mine. I haven’t done the evening reading rather than talked with my bosom friend. It’s so funny to talk with him. After he left, I made an announcement to let all the people know that was Icing birthday.

Icing came at eight thirty, wow… I asked her whether she hung out with a handsome, she chuckled. Hey, and I were the hosts of the party. It’s not the right time yet, I had made the party begin. I required the present friends to send her a red rose and sing a birthday song for her. All the buddies were doing GREAT. Icing was feeling embarrass. She asked me not to forced people to do this. Well, I was not forcing them to do so, and I can’t. They were willing to do it by themselves. I have done nothing yet except let them know is your day. I said. Later, more and more people came, she was deeply moved by the singer and prayer. Surprisingly, EnglishTeacherUSA came as well, he was a rare guest. I haven’t talked with him for ages. As long as I remembered, he was a very patient teacher with me. He was very sweet too. Gosh.. Many friends interested in him after hearing his voice. And they kept on asking his information. I grabbed the mic and stopped this. It was following by a great silence. I didn’t know what I was doing indeed. It seemed all the stuff in my mind was about Icing. Nobody was important than her in the moment. She means a lot to me. How prestigious!~  Somebody was feeling angry with me. They lost a chance to talk with a foreigner. Haw-haw…

Eventually, I offered my sincere apology to them all. They were not that mean to me, and the songs carried their unhappy mood away.

Cool, Hey have done a lot for Icing as well. She made a video with many fantastic pictures, and chose “The Rose” as her song. She was so sweet. And Wow’s song was addicted.

In a word, that night, we all had a very wonderful time. I had even forgotten about my illness.

I woke up at seven thirty on Monday morning; I didn’t feel well at all. I was still surfing cough and I gave up morning reading. I was a little bit upset. After I went back to work, all my colleagues asked me why I got sick and show me their caring. Some of them recommended the brand of the medicine to me. Anyhow, I was the happiest person in the world at that moment. I didn’t think I was a patient.

I got an urgent order in the evening; this order must be finished tonight. Otherwise it will comes a lot of problem in the next day. For some inevitable reasons I didn’t finish it. Tuesday morning, my phone was ringing again and again. My boss scolded me for while. Meanwhile, the customer was on his way coming for getting the catalogue and CD.

We were hurrying preparing the catalogue. Jesus, it still needs more than an hour for preparing this. The customer has come. What could I do? I was anxious, and asked my co-mate acted quickly. My heart pounded widely as I walked toward to the customer, I made my apology and asked if he could give me some time to finish it. He looked at me seriously for a while, and he gave me a fright by bursting into a sudden laughter. He said with a smile, it’s alright I can wait for an hour and said I like your smile. At last, I made it. Oh, I realized that a smile could earn a smile back and helped me to solve the problem.

More and more examples from our routine life shows how much a simple smile can change everything. On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up, it has been psychologically proven.
