She experienced considerable hardship during her childhood, including being raped at the age of nine, becoming pregnant at the age of fourteen, and her son died when he was a infant. Although life was hard, Oprah Winfrey did not lose her hope for a better life. She found a job in radio while she was still in high school, become the host of local evening news at the age of nineteen. Hers easy and funny host style eventually made her change to the daytime talk show. After making a great success on that, she established her own company and strated hers philanthopy. Due to her own persistent endeavor, Oprah Winfrey has become the most influencial women in the world, the richest African American of the 20th century and once the world's only black billionaire.

 

Oprah Winfrey's experience assures that, through persistent endeavor, any obstacles or difficulties in our lives are really a necessary routes to success.
