Summer is coming,I plan to lose my weight in a short time.I don't like doing exercise,so go on a diet is the most useful way to me.Everyday, I have to eat less in lunch, and eat apples/vegetables as dinner,the rest is to drink water to allivate hunger sense.Many people think that it does harm to my health and persuade me to give up,my BF is the one among them,he cooks many delicious food and eating in front of me everyday.However,I don't agree with them,I think eating fruits and vegetables is a very healthy eating habit in life.We can get fiber,vitamins...from fruits and vegetables.Anyway,I hope I can insist to eat less until lose my weight...maybe I fail at last,just a try...
