Ren Zhiqiang, (abbreviate to Ren in follows), suffered from severe revile by netizens these days of his ridiculous comments about China’s Housing price. From his article, Ren compared the Housing price with incomes within 30 years and made a conclusion that the Housing price was never rising.
As a representative of Real Estate, as well as a deputy to the People’s Congress, his speech was deeply hurt many people under levels.
Ma Guangyuan, the Doctor of Economics, criticized Ren of his “House Relativity” and said; Ren is lack of common sense of economy, he ignored the basic factor of CPI and concluded that the income of urban residents during the 30 years has increased hundredfold as the Housing price was increased sixtyfold. But in a scientific statistics, the real GDP gross of China of 30 years was fourteen fold, and the real income increase of urban residents increased nine fold while six fold of rural residents.

We strongly need a total social reform to purify our society. We must build an equal opportunity of employment, education, medical treatment and welfare security. Teachers told us that American blacks were under the ethnic discrimination and they never got the equal right of citizens. We can ask to ourselves, don’t we have discrimination? China has more than 60% populations of peasants; do they share the equal civil right as urban residents? We have an enormous interest group in our society and occupied a large scale of social wealth. We have the highest monopoly of Energy, Telecommunication, Bank and other key industries. Public servant in China is regarded as the best job in which attract many college students to strive for.
