girlfriend leaves me ,i narrow and constrict in termsof my thinking and i am thinking about is just that and what will happen is as a result .I experience sadness ,because that is what i am thinking about ,and sadness a painful emotion,not a positive emotion leads to further narrow and constrict.I kown i should forget all it.

- When a girlfriend leaves you, it is possible that you have done something wrong which makes her lose hope in you. Try to find out what went wrong. Repair the relationship if you can. However, if you can't save the relationship, just forget it and move on. Just try to be more caring in future.
