I was so busy this week because we are buying a house. Everybody is talking that it is good time to buy a house now. It is buyer's market. We can not rent forever. The money you rent just gone and won't make any profit for you. I had a very strong buyer remorse (Buyer's remorse is an emotional condition whereby a person feels remorse or regret after a purchase) after we get accept the offer and obligated to buy if we get the loan from the bank. I think we offer too high, the seller agent is too pushing, he can not be trusted, the house may have problem. I couldn’t sleep well. I almost wanted to break the contract which means we will lose the 3% deposit.

  It is my American dream to have a house and puppy. We will be slaves of the house due to the heavy mortgage and insurance, and property tax. I will have to work hard to help out.

  I will have a decent yard to play and to exercise. I can grow some fruits, vegetables, and do some gardening, whereas I can not enjoy these things by living in townhouse or condominium.

It is worth to live a comfortable life when you think about people only live once. Life is one way ticket and we have to be nice to ourselves.
