She is a young beautiful girl from Hong Kong, China. Everybody knows that Hong Kong have returned to China 1997. She posted her homework in the website and said Chinese immigrates go to Hong Kong as poor people. Later, in the intercultural communication project presentation she said again “I come from Hong Kong, My parents come from China.” I pointed out hotly, “mainland China.” I noticed she felt a little uncomfortable. The sad thing is that even female European American teacher in her early 50s who has a Hong Kong husband did not say anything and supported her example in online discussion.

 When I looked at her again, her slim figure and young face looked so ugly in my eyes. When I heard the teacher talked again, I felt the class suddenly became boring.

 Everyday, I meet people like these kinds of young beautiful but ignorant students who can not tell Hong Kong is part of China.
