i sent an email to some guy who posted a friend-making letter on a BBS, asking him nothing but the real purpose of right now pursueing a PhD abroad. To be honest , i never expected a reply, for he might thought i was just play with him rather than making friends with sincerity. At last, he did replied my email and shared some experience along the way of furthering his study. In his email, nothing mentioned about love, which surprised me a little bit. Then, out of sincerity, i shared with him some of my story as return, but i'm not sure he will be interested in it. Anyway, this is definitely a bold step for myself , at least i am not counting on the waiting for the Mr. Right to come.
