Recently I don’t felt good. Actually, it has been a long time since I’m adjusted to the new position at the end of April. During the background of company’s poor performance, I have no sense of achievement, though I have had many tries. It’s a big challenge for customer service management when market share is getting smaller and smaller. To reduce the cost is the first important thing, and there are a few chances to delivery new projects to improve consumer satisfaction continuously. The service partners are not in good condition also, it is a tough time for them, they had tried the best to reduce the cost, whatever moving a new address or cutting staffs, it doesn’t even matter. It’s hard for them to break even, because the big consumers losing. I am afraid that I’m losing my value in the future. Two weeks ago, a new round lay-offs was started in company again, some people have to leave. I hope the ‘cold winter’ is end soon.
