About the hard-won Vacation

Today,9.7th,is the second day of the hard-won three days vacation which is consisted of a weekend and legal offday that is Chinese moon day.after reflection,i found that i rarely spend my time on studying even if i'm going to participate a examination on 9.14. maybe i think it is easy to pass so that i didn't think highly of it.speaking of that exam,i'm confident with it.
Tomorrow is a big day for Chinese,Mid-autumn's Day,August 15 lunar, which means family members will get reunion and enjoy a big dinner and moon cakes. besides this, we appreciate the beautiful full moon and talk each other to express our greeting and miss.
As i have remembered ,when i was young,my grandmother always prepared some other foods except moon cakes such as fruits and meat to worship the moon god. after the ceremony, she started to distribute the foods to me and my sister,saying that the foods was under moon god's bless it can bring good luck to us.at the that time, i didn't understand much about moon god,who is significant god in Buddhism,just listening my grandmother's saying and expect to eat the tasty foods. what a naive and innocent boy. as the time goes by,my grandmother was gone,the ceremony is lost this is to say there's nobody could do this in my whole family. In regard to this rite,i just want to say it's also kind of traditional convention which is should be kept by someone,perhaps the inheritor can be my family or others.All in all,it means something that we cannot discard easily.
To return to the subject,i was invited to celebrate the festival by one of my good friends that is my classmates too in her apartment. what surprised me is that her boyfriend hasn't been against this. At last, hope all of people can enjoy the festival and have a good time .

- In a holiday, it is hard to spent time to do study indeed, especially when you are so confident. The moon has special meanings in our minds, and the Mid-autumn's Day is also paid more and more importance. In a word, it is wonderful reuniting or gathering with families and friends indeed.
