Today was very boring! I sat in my office with nothing to do. Frankly speaking, my job is very easy, or rather a little boring. As I said before, I only need to stay in office, surf the Internet, chat with my colleagues without supervisors and tasks. I wonder why the boss employed me. Now I am thinking maybe I should change my job.

I read a blog which said that if you want to improve your oral English, you should practice all the time. You can try to describe what happened today, your new feelings, friends, or some funny things. If you are stuck in new words or expressions, you should look it up immediately or turn to others with no hesitation. By this way, you will speak English more and more fluently.  But the key point is that you must persevere in practicing, never stop halfway.

In fact, I once read this article when I was a freshman in university. At that time I decided to stick to the rule and never quit halfway. However, you know, four years has passed，I even forget making this decision. I always believe that the real power doesn’t come from fortune, wealth, intelligence, diligence and so on, but from perseverance. You can do anything if you decide to do and stick to it.

The success is from every small step you take in your daily life. Many people know that, but how many of them can achieve success?
