I went to visit an eleven-year old girl with my roommate last month. Her father left her for a car accident when she was a baby. And what’s worse, her mother abandoned her for seeking a new life, maybe she (the mother) was forgave, because she was so young at that time, about nineteen. She was brought up by her uncle.

Frankly speaking, I sympathized with her before met her because of her tragic fate. But on arriving at her home, I found that’s foolish. She is so lovely, and always wearing a smile that exposed her white teeth. She is very tall though she is only eleven. What’s more, short hair and her black skin makes her look healthy and full of vigor. We talked about her school life, her habits, and her friends.

At first, we do our utmost to avoid to concerned her parents for afraid of recalling her unhappy memories. But we are wrong. She is willing to talk about her parents. “Actually, I’m not always thinking of my dad because I hadn’t memory at that time. I even don’t know what he looks like. So, I don’t miss him very much. As to my mother, she didn’t abandon me, I understand her. You know she loves me so much, we live together during my vocation, and she bought me lots of gifts. Oh, here is a good news for you, I’m going to have a sister or brother, my mother get pregnant, so, would you mind to make a beautiful name for me, she (he) surname is Lu.” She kept talking and very happy.

I admire this small girl after heart her words. She is only eleven. She never complaint her life, she loves her mother even if without her company during the whole childhood.

“I often feel lonely, they all have to work everyday, so I’ was always left alone, but, I still choose to be a sunny girl, because it can help me keep a good mood.” She told us before we leave. I can’t help crying when I heart these words.

Such a little girl, when frustrations and difficulties come to her, she chose to be strong. What left a deep impression on me was her attitude toward to life: forgiving and be thankful.

I believe she will live better at the rest of her life, and as one of her older sister and friend, I’ll give my best wishes for her.

Supergirl, may you a happiness life forever and you surely deserves it.
