The difference between Sunday and the rest of the days in a week is freedom. We are locked up in work from Monday through Friday, some of us Saturday. However, Sunday is a day free of work, a day for relaxation, and a day of freedom.
My life on Sundays, since it’s a day of my own, is diversified and colorful. The indispensable part on Sundays is reading. Life is short, and art is long. Within the limited span of my life, I can always enrich my experience by reading, for reading is sort of communication with authors who could be tens of hundreds of years back in time, and who could tell me laws as old as time that guide human beings in their righteous course of spiritual and physical uplifting. Besides, I usually watch TV programmes. I like watching dialogues within which people of different opinions always agree to disagree; actually each every one just expresses his/her views from his/her different perspectives. Of course, apart from these inputs, I more often than not would write essays, share with friends on Internet, and exchange views on issues I am interested in.
Life on Sunday is also time for balacing the week past and preparing the week ahead. As an old saying goes “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Life on Sundays is supposed to get refreshed so as to make up the tilted life between work and leasure. Therefore, doing exercise and having fun outside with friends are always on top of the agenda. However, since Sunday is something like an interim office for two weeks. Preparing for the next week is also a must. It’s not to be a specific plan but thoughts rationalization, for being on the right track for upcoming week.
