I feel sad.....

Today i feel sad,i miss my family and my friends,i miss the happy days in the past,i want to cried,why my life change so much,why the god treat us like that,i know the past it didn't come back,We should move forward，but i really tired,I would like to escape from this dilemma as soon as possible,How should I do?

- what you have to do is to find something to cheer you up,It is not your fault sometimes,for we are in a society with high speed and we can't help to forget something,may be you can keep a diary to restore the memorable memory
