It is not a abnormal thing for employees jump out of their present occupation and find their dreamy career, well,i become one of them.I mean the fresh and exciting feeling of looking for new life orientation does not sound as facinating as it seems, cause it means more pressured interviews and higher-competitive job market. However, what can i do?my decision to remove certainly has things to do with my unsatisfaction in my current job, many reasons behind this, well, low remuneration, unflexible working hours and unhumane management ,one day weekend,blabla...........I've had enough with these ,the most unbearable thing is ,you know,as an english teacher in a traning center,we have to do this trial-listening thing, that is to say, students can attend my class first for free,if they are willing to come next time,my work paid off,if they are not,i will suffer a lot ,you know ,a lot ,let alone the money thing,i will to blame for my disability by our senior supervisors. So we are faced to high pressure when dealing with trial listening ,we keep our fingers crossed for success, however,th ings aren't go the way we want, that explains my reason for leaving.
Well, requiring a job like interpreter or the consultant of intermediary firm for study abroad may be my current direction,i will keep trying, hanging in there!Go wenson!
