My BF's company is a lot far from our recently bought home,so we had to share a rented house with others,that is what gives us a headache.I mean,the person living with us is like the principal tenant,currently her mother came to take care of her,well,just one week ago,when we prepared to cook a meal,she told me she and her mother almost cook nothing,so we should afford more natural gas fee,then i suggest me and my boyfriend take up like 75pencent of the total fee,but later ,i found out whenever we cook meal,her mother is also cooking,not alone the time i am not cooking,so she must use a whole lot of natural fee,which is definitly opposite to what she told me,so that makes she and her mother a total bitch!Lying about the fact will only slap them in the face,we are not blind or mental retarded or sth,taking advantage of us by lying is so out of decency.They use way more electricity than we do,since they own TV and have access to internet,which are unavailable for us,but we are not in the mood to discuss details like that ,so tonight i will lay out the cards,go 50-50 about our fees.

- You seem to be a reasonable person. We often see people taking advantage of others. On the basis of what you said, sure you can present the fact to them and equally share the expenses. It is not the small money involved. It is the logic of fairness.

On the basis of what you said, sure you can present the fact to thyeah,thank you,i am gonna seal the deal with her tonight,i cannot bear this unfairness ,how can anyone like that have a contented mind?i don't know,but i will undo this trouble,since i am not good at negotiating things,this is a perfect chance to practice,i just wish i lower my voice and contain my angry feelings just a little bit ,remember it's a negotiation,not a war!

- Sure you will have justice. You are only asking for fairness. Those who use loud angry words will be the first to lose. Just be clear and use as little talk as possible. Sure they will raise their voice but you do not have to. Use how much, pay how much. Any rule that applies to everyone cannot be unfair. They are likely to not agree to your point but there are other things you can do to stop this unfair situation. Justice is on your side.
