Get the orders, ohye......

    This Monday, I received many Australian clients in our factory , during the negatiating time, I realized that they are very satisfied with our products. Moreover, I have sent 2 samples to them for their reference already before, and they are both be confirmed. To be honest, their visiting gave me so much confidence to get their orders.
    Yesterday I finally got their first order successfully. Hope that after the first order,  the next orders will come again and again in the future, then we can keep the cooperation relations all the time . In order to get this ultimate purpose, I think I must do my best to control the quality of their orders. Yeah, I must do it,  without any reason, just to the the further orders. Because the quality is the soul of  supplier, the next orders just on the base of quality of the trial order.
     If they are all be of good qualiy, you must give the clients a good impression of "with excellent quality and favourable price", if so, the next orders must come again and again without any question; if not, of course can't assure anything.
     I know, it's never easy to get a good client, so I must cherish this chance, pay more attention to the productin line of workshop then, I must be responsible for our clients, meanwhile, it also be responsible for myself......
    
    And should remind:   don't ingore the other clients in any way. I find that in these days, I concentrated all my attention into the  Australia customer, forget sth to do about my first order. I think it's time for me to prepare sth , I should begin to make the Instruction Manual and shipping marks of cartons, follow the production also to assure the quality. Do remeber what I said just now and what he (my first client) said before. we are friendly, he said he will help me, I said I will do effort to cooperate with him well.
    Anyway in a word: Pls cherish every chance, do remeber it, never waste any.
    In my mind, when do business, if you lost your honour ,reputation or trust , you can't get it back forever.
    Do remeber what I should remeber,  do my best to do everything well which I can do it well.
    Come on........

Are you working in Anji? It seems that doing business with foreigners is very interesting, though a bit tiring.

Yeah, I 'm working in Anji(my hometown), now it's really the tough time to do foreign trade due to the international financial crsis.
