Several  days ago, one property management personnel had a quarrel with my high school classmate who is temporarily living in the elevator apartment of mine,  there is no contract or any agreement between us.  It so happened that he parked his new CRV car right in the non-parking-zone one night, probably it was due to the fact that almost all the parking space were occupied,  so what happened next?  The next moring, the property management of the residence locked the wheels of his car,  he got pretty mad at their behavior and warned the personnel he would call 110 if they didn’t unlock immedately,  and he shouted that their behavior was fully illegal.  Finally, those personnel had to let him go because my classmate had the police uniform, he works for the frontier defense contingent,  perhaps they thought armed police were hard to be pushed around.

    One day later,  the leader of property management asked me to have a talk in this office,  I am the owner, I shoulder responsibility,  I had to apologize for his uncivilized shouting,  I had to be very polite,   provoking them gives me nothing but troubles in the long run.
