It rained continually without interruption these several weeks,  the surface water made the driving condition terrible, 　even in the city road,private cars drive softy,  the truck driver probably got a chance to drive freely without having to care about citytraffic lights, so he exerted his utmost ability to shoot like a rocket on the tortuousmountain roads，　finally tragedy took place.

　The owner ofthe truck is a local peasant, the driver isn’t himself, he might be employed, I guess, now the employee messed up everything, nearly lost both people and property.  He should have aself-examination.nowdays  peasants should feel grateful to the local government’s  special treatment police toward them,  the government has reduced their burden on tax,  which also give them privilege to apply the non-operating insurance rate indiscriminately, thus enjoying a bigger discount than operating cars.
