this moring it was crazy, our sector manager was absolutely furious at us in room 210 for our being late to work on Monday, and it so happened that four out of six arrived late.The sector manager， the uninvited guest, came out of nowhere, and saw some vacant chairs with no few workers, so he did nothing and said nothing but wait for us to come. I was the first one to open the door, the wristwatch showed I was late for almost a quarter, and then I was shocked at the sight of his face, it was just as well that I didn't lie to him by saying I went somwhere for some business purpose, otherwise, he might be seeing through my pretext just as easy as blowing off dust. the brother sitting behind me came in half an hour, then he taught us a lesson, I am actually the one to check on work attendence, but as a matter of fact, I usually came to work late, and I was late for work many times in succession, only this time I was caught.
he also express discontent at our office environment, becase a bunch of document cases lie on the table out of order, there were cigarette end in desk corners, everything seemed to be in a mess. the wrost is yet to come, sector manager threatened us with financial penalty and laughed that the aim or the mission of our sector couldn't possbile be fulfilled with such some sluggish and depressed troop.
becasue our sector has acutally two working place isolated geographically, leaders' office isn't here. so we got no eyes on us, we show up not on time and dissapear like a smoke, but today we were taught a lesson, and next time we are goonna be more careful, we goona be more flexible.

- As a matter of fact, the manager seems to be doing what he should be doing. He was trying to enforce discipline in the office and maintain an orderly office. All workplaces have rules to follow. When staff break those rules, the business could not run effectively. Everyone have their own preferences and requirements but since you are working for a salary, you have to follow the rules. The good side is that you know you are wrong and intend to remedy the situation. A happy workplace is just like a happy home.
