Now 2014 will be coming soon...........How time flys! just can't believe three hudnred sixty five days passed us by so quietly and swiftly, Lost time is never found again... 2013 really means a lot to us in terms of the cost control, According to offical statistics, we handled over forty thousand car insurance cases in 2013, Probably the amount of the cases have sharply increased by more than ten precent this year, But we complete our job satisfactorily, because the avarage idemnity, or let's say the average idemnity sum, for every case has decreased by nine hundread yuan in comparison with the year 2012, which indicates that we have helped our headquarter save a big sum of money in a certain sense, so this is really something worthy of applause.
it's not easy, because dozens of car manufacturers announced the raise in accessory price this year, like the Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Volgaswagan, Mercedes Benz etc, on the one hand, the momentum of the price hike is almost overwhelming. and on the other hand, increase of labor costs is way beyond expectation. so if you want to do well in cost contronl, you need constructive and imaginative ideas.
insurance company usually has to settle insurer's claims quickly and to be followed closely by promising the quality of the settlement, but most people are not aware that the car accessories have many types, genuine spare parts and spare parts other than original, or fake spare parts, so there is price difference. If every case is settled under the same standard----genuine spart parts, then at the end the accumulated amount of idemnity is a big number. We adopted a differentiated pricing strategy. some garage enjoys higher price and some lower price. this is down to earth, because in fact some synchronized garages love to use defective spart parts to subsitute the real ones so that they earns extra money, and customers usually can't tell the difference between the real and the defective visually.
so we did really save costs in 2013.

- Interesting insight from an insider adjudicator. People say that insurance companies would do everything they could to reject or avoid claims. Seems that is not true according to what you said here. You have done a decent and respectable job. Nice.
Anyway, we still often hear about malpractices of insurance companies and that is bad for their image, but I am talking about medical insurance. Medical insurance is complicated, therefore, there are lot of misunderstandings.
