he told me, most of the female classmates showed prize for their babies, and had tansferred their focus from career to their babis. to his astonishment, their monitor, who is obviously an ambitious able woman, ever quitted from her post, and took care of her baby for two years. they were all very curious how she could  switch her roles in a such big perspective. you know, my husband graduated from the best university in Shanghai, they are now so-called elites in present society, and their female classmates were typically able women before they gave birth to babies, especially their monitor. but now, they are all willing to put more energy to their family, of course less attention to their work, which definitely led to less development and advancement in their career.

is this the end-result for a woman, even if she is much more capable than others, but in the end she has to return home, to become a proper mother and wife?
