in these few days, some big changes happened in our finance department. on 9th Oct, that is the first day after national festival, a terrilbe news spreaded among our department. three HK colleagues, working in HK finance department, were fired at the ending time of 30th Sep, and another one was transferred to another inter-company . it is said that at about 4:30 pm, the three persons were noticed to leave in 30 minutes, that is to leave at 5:00 pm, which is our closing time.

what a tough news, you know, one of them even have worked in our company for more than ten years, and she is always a responsible and working-hard person, however ended her working experience in this hard way. it is also said, it should be another person who originally would be fired in this redundancy wave, but one of our high-level management insisted supporting her, thus she became the victim.

i can't even imagine how sad and angery when she got that call. but our SH boss told us, 'this is job or company, not your home.' yes, this is just our job, our company, we should not put any personal emotion into this company,  even if you have devoted much to your post. 

however that is not the end, at the early morning of second day, that is 10th Oct, my partner told me she resigned yesterday, that is on 9th Oct. she also have worked here for 10 years, and i never think she would ever leave this company. what a crazy world!

i believe our company would not recruit another person to fill this post, thus we everyone would have to take more responsibility, but get the same salary. how depressed!
