Last friday, i had an interview in an investment company, which is a local company with only a few staff. In fact this isn't the right one for my requirement, cause this kind of investment company couldn't have a very stable work environment, that is, maybe today you are working hard in your post, while the next day you will be informed that your post has been cancelled or this company has been dissovled. In addition, the salary can't reach my expectation since i only need to deal with some simple affairs, which really don't match my work experience and qualification.

However, after two days's conflict in my mind, i decided to accept this offer with my husband's utmost supporting. The first reason is, the location is very near to my home, which is really attractive for me; the second is, the workload is very light, which will facilitate me to take care of my family and my son. The above two reasons drove my husband to persuade me in these two days, cause he has a very tight workload and he always expects me working in an easy post, in favor of caring for the family. In addition, investment company is a modern and popular industry in our country, if this company can make an outstanding job in future, all the staff, including me, will get very good return, which makes the sweet dream for me to persuade myself to enter this company.

Anyway, i have to resign my present post tomorrow morning, which is indeed a difficulty job, facing with my boss's emotion, since i am the team leader in my department, and i am not sure there will be a proper candidate for my handover work in the next month.

Tomorrow will be a gloomy day for me and my boss.
