From last month the gas burner in our cookroom didn't work in the right way, sometimes it fired up as normal, while sometimes it had no reaction no matter how you tried. It had served for my family for more than 6 years, so i can excuse its tiredness. I called the service hotline for maintenance, which i searched in the website. The serviceman came very shortly, even out of my expectation, therefor i appricaited their high efficiency in my heart. This man checked the gas burner, several minutes later, he got the conclusion, that a very important hardware work out, and had to change a new one, which would cost me more than RMB300. Even being surprised for such high expense, i was still convinced of his expertise. When getting my payment, the serviceman left in the same quick way.
I hardly had any time to have a break, just two days later, the gas burner broke down once again. What a damn!
After searching for the service hotline, i found out that this number was just one of many service hotlines for some small appliance repairment stores, rather than the specified hotline for the brand. All these numbers begin with 400... just like the special hotline, and i was cheated by those damned trick.
