Last Friday our HR officer came out to announce a cheerful news, in view of more and more colleagues resigned in the past few months, HR department put forward a proposal with an additional housing allowance for all the staff, and then it was orally passed by our management. Therefore our boss flied to HK for an inter-company meeting with this topic included. You can imangined how excited we were when hearing this news.

But yesterday we were informed that only construction department staff were feasted with this allowance, other departments excluded. We were let down, sinking from heaven to floor. Furthermore, we all felt to be treated as useless staff, that is, the management didn't care about our contribution to this company, even if we chose to leave.

What a bad news!
