house prices have been rising since 2002, it seems incredible and horrible. i can't believe a house in the same location and condition, the present price is times to the previous. why? and what cause it happen?

as more and more people swarm into Shanghai, the city becomes so crowded and noisy, but which is called by some people 'vitality'. i hate it! then limitless people fight for limited resources, which necessarily cause higher house prices, heavier traffic jam, and thus physical and mental pressure.

still goes back to house prices, we bought a house in Pudong in 2003, at that time, the price was a little more than 6000, and we all thought it was so expensive and almost unbearable, and we believed the price would go down someday in the future. but as time goes by, house prices is soaring up, even till now, it seems still don't touch the glass-ceiling. i hate it!

early this year, house prices underwent a stable period, and even went down a little, therefor, we believe it is the breaking point, and then we would greet the bright future with a stable, acceptable house prices. haha, the cruel fact proves this is a mere dream.

the government has benefited much from the real estate, and how on earth could it be willing to lose the huge profit?

so we now have confessed we are so childish and stupid.
