the day before yesterday... i got a cold... and my stomach also ached that day... and that make me week and feeble... i just went home and take a good rest... at 8:00 that night i went to bed and soon i slept... and i got up 8:00 at yesterday morning... because i had to go to my second degree courses on weakend.. and i also had a good rest in yesterday night... so i think i get over it now!

the feeling now is just excellent... and i think i am a lucky guy... because i just use 2 days to recover me from the weakness... and that let me know... health is the basis of the success... so what we need to do at first is to have a good body!we need to practice it everyday.. and make ourselves stronge enough! that's the key point!come on!
