i haven't written even a way in my qzone...and when i came here this morning, i felt so shamed, so i made a resolution to write something here everyday: on one hand, it is really a effective and meaningful way to improve or boost or froster your english, of course that is; on the other way, i could see my progress by reading my diaries, and what's more, that is one of my habbits to write something here, although i haven't done that for a period.therefore, that's why i give this diary a name of resolution.

if there is resolution, of course, it is not ample and adequate, because you need to have a plan and confidence to submit and fullfil it, that's the key point, so i think i will be persistant and stubborn to write something here everyday, the topic depends on what i have read in the daytime and the essasies i need to recite everyday.so after the resolution makeing and the plan editing, so it's the time to start my work now, sounds wonderful.

so what i want to write down today is about the cppcc (china people's public consultative conference), i have read some articles today, most of them is about the content in premier wen's government work report, especially about the effective measures and policies towards to the financial crisis in china. of course, this year, 2009, is a difficult and chanllenging year to our government, because of the global recession and the downturn of domestic economic development. actually, our government made a resolution about the 8 percent development in GDP  in this year, it's really a tough mission and task to finish in such a situation in which both external and internal economy is getting worse.and the method to attain that 8-percent GDP development aim is maily about boosting the domestic demand.i haven't read the details of the measures of our center government or the regional government made to solve this problem. it is manifest that our center government has made a great and completely correct guildeline to the recession, and the aim of it is to stable the development of the economy in china and steady the society, but what i am curious is that what kind of measures that our government will take to cope with this problem and what is the outcome will happen owing to these measures.

i have known some measures that our government took last year to solve the problem of infloation, and i don't think the policies that made by our government are all carried out at the right time and the right way, that resulted in the outcome of the rapid downturn in our real estate industry, the most prominent phenenomenon is that the price and the amount of selling have been slumping for several months. of course, in this year, our government will spend more money on the real estate industry both on stabling the cash flow of the developer and on the area of low-rent residence providing, our government thought that by this two methods, our estate market will be more stable and will soon recover from the painful situation.

i think i have writen so much, i couldn't write what i have read and all my opinions here, so let's stop here today. to be continue...haha...
