despite the benefits that modern technoloies have brought about to our daily life, the negative effects that they have produced should never be overlooked, because they would give rise to a rangs of problems on the society and individual's health.

It's obvious that some computer games and the Internet would draw the attention of some students away from their studies due to there are really so many interesting and fresh things on the Internet, such as some news, pics, videoes, chatting rooms and online games attracting so many people especillay the students,  to these students and even workers, them are extremely attractive and inviting, so once the students are used to surf the internet, it's hard for them to pay more attention on their studies.

In terms of playing online game, some students couldn't control themselves and couldn't devote themselve to the academic study. However, the task of us students is to focus on our academic work, and the transparent outcome is that if a student couldn't concentrate on his study in school life, he will confront with a series problems and difficulties in his near future, from job hunting to their whole lifetime.that's the least thing we would ever expect to see.

In china for instance, the universities have met an alarming rate of students failing to meet the requirements of the unviersities in attandence, performance and assignments owing to some of them are addicted to the Internet.

Worst of all, because an increasing number of people choose to use the email instead of the telephone call and the letters, through sending and reading emails, the chances for us human beings to communicate with each other face to face or even throng voice becomes smaller and  smaller, although it has greatly improved the productivity,  but the negative influences couldn't be ignored.

And there are something about the obscene and violent information on the Internet, during surfing the Internet, it's hard for these teenagers to avoid themselves being affected by these non-health things and stuffs, the latter will put an passive effect on their personal development and psychological maturity.

Some children is so young, naive and ignorant, they maybe try to imitate some difficult or dangerous actions from those violent films and videoes. if the parents couldn't choose the useful website for them, or give them the suitable listen on these aspects, which include the laws and how to distinguish right from wrong, these type of information will cast a shadow in their hearts.

In conclusion, the computer and the Internet make our communication faster and more efficiently, they are also parts of the modern technologies which may deprive of humanity, and bring about the irretrievable to the teenagers, a disadvantage that shouldn't be overlooked/
