It’s common nowadays that an increasing number of people feel stressful about their life since the pressures comes from their work, the burden of making a living, the responsibility for their families and sometimes, their own high requirements on themselves. As a result, everyone looks busy, unhappy and even depressed to some extent, for this vicious circle, my opinion is: WHY NOT TAKE A DEEP BREATH!!!
