Since my husband worked at a real estate company in the neighbourhood, I suddenly found myself acting as an unpaid Real Estate Agent. It’s the sixth time that I companied my co-workers to visit the buildings for sale. I am tempted too, of course. However the thought of heavy mortgage make my stomach clenched.
A tiring job, or a mortgage to pay off? What a trick question!
In the long run, purchasing another house perhaps is a wise investment. The house pricing keeps rising like crazy while the sign of controlled inflation can nowhere be seen. Besides, with the government moving to the neighhourhood, the prospects of this area couldn’t be rosier.
Two tiny apartments (about 50 square meters)are sold at very tempting price---250,000 yuan in total. However, no mortgage and full-payment is required. And like my husband said, we need a bigger home.
How could things become like this? We just moved our office into a new place, but now we have a place full of polluted air to work, a long commute, and probably a mortgage to pay off within 30 years!
