The point of life is to find out what you’re passionate about and go after it. To put it strictly, my real passion is still in question for me. However, one thing is for sure, I do have a thing for writing, especially English writing. I’ve kept writing in English, on and off, for over a decade. It has already become part of my life. That counts for something, isn’t it?

Since I only write whatever grips my attentions, mostly just trivial stuffs of normal life, it’s unlikely that one day I could write for a living. However, I have my rewards in the pure pleasure of writing itself, and in the release from the burden of my thoughts. So, most of time I can remain indifferent to anything else and care nothing for failure or success.

In psychology, anything emotion- related could be traced back to your childhood. I guess my fancy for writing came from a beautiful notebook. When I was a little girl, my mum brought me a cute notebook. That’s the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen. My journal started with that note book. That’s probably why I’ve always tried to make my journal as beautiful as possible. The following is what my journal at least should be like:

I’ve been blogging here for quite a long time. It’s a great place for us to share our thoughts, to keep a record of our life. But the format here really bores me to death, no imagination at all. Thus, I made up my mind to open an WeChat public account, where lots of beautiful formats for me to choose. It’s like I’ve had many beautiful notebooks to write my diary.

I gave it a try yesterday and it turned out to be a lot of fun. No wonder that social media has already swept across the whole world with such a crazy speed. Easy and fun. What else could you expect? Besides, I found it also a way to catch up with the world. I've learned a lot from this experiences. Another skill got!
