I left nothing in the tank. I left it all in live-streaming classes. Maybe it surprise people that I take lessons and make notes with my son. But I am actually my son’s classmate during this special period.

You know all of us have daughters and sons, little boys and girls who, for whatever reason, always tend to imitate your behaviors, the way you speak and walk, the attitude you towards life, everything. And they seem to have specialized cells to pick up your bad habits and keep the good ones in check. It is nuisance, if I could say that word. But that nuisance turned into love over a period of time, just because they make you stronger, smarter and better.

No one knows how much time we will have with our kids. Part of being parents is one day, to let them go. That’s why we must cherish every moment we’ve been together. We must prepare them well for the future. We must learn as well as teach, discipline as well as inspire. Most importantly, we must spend as much as time with them, not just as their parents, but also as their role models, their understanding friends. To be a parent means to regular your behavior in each and every interaction that we have with our children.

When my son appears to be sloppy and annoying, a piece of me gets irritated. And as I look around and over the social medium, a piece of you get irritated, or else there wouldn’t be so many intense parent-children relationship. Those are the challenges that we have to face with and we learn from. I promise you, from this day forward, I will try my best to control my temper, to present my best version, and to help you in everywhere I can.
