Casual Writing

456 views. 2009-7-30 16:16 |Individual Classification:Daily Life|

Writing is always a fun to me. However it requires a lot of energy, imaginations, and techniques to come up something worth reading----too damn hard and too many pressures. Perhaps I should start writing something more casual, something just to keep a record of my ordinary life. Then one day, when I looked back to my life, I would not stare into a long aisle of emptiness. Time tickling, the memory lost fast than we could imagine. The detail of our ordinary life, no matter how bored it seemed now, might turn into a priceless treasure someday. So from now on, I decide to write as often  as I could.

Obsession is definitely the first sin. For the last two month, I have been addicted to two things: kaixin and taobao. They had eaten up a lot of my time and my cash around. It's high time for me to call it quits. I stopped to visit kaixin about two days ago. The vegetables I sowed and my cows I fed! Please forgive me. As for taobao, I can't promise I would quit it completely, but at least I will run a tight ship in the future. Ever since I visited nini’s blog, I spent like crazy on the things she recommended. Ok, she is such a diabolical persuader and I am such a weak push-over. But the truth is, after following up her advices, the overall appearance of my skin has improved largely. And things she recommended are all sold at affordable and appealing price.  How could a woman resist a temptation like that? We are all fighting a loosing battle---against the terrible thing named the “age”. If something could offer us leverage, we go for it without hesitation. So just like that, I plunge into it deeper and deeper. But everything has a limit, and I know I should draw a line here.

I finally finished Linda's Heart of Fire. Not a very good one, I should say. I skipped many pages. Perhaps I just got tired of such stories. Tomorrow I will give Son of the Morning a try.

A few minutes ago, when I decided that I should keep a daily English journey, Anton emailed me a website link----Fmylife. It's a foreign site where you could share your daily stories with the others. No one knows I opened an English blog, and why did he send it to me? I guess weird thing does happen.

Yes, many things deserve to be written down.
