Two Calls

One
Knowing the meeting room downstairs, I walked there.
It was the time and almost all attendants in the room. Then it was found the projector didn’t work. Oh my god. The sponsor should have ensured everything worked well.
So someone called the IT Center.
“We are in the meeting room in 16th floor and the projector does not work. Could you please send someone upstairs to help?”
“Oh, I see. Could you please send an e-mail to us so that we could send someone there?”
All people there laughed.
“Sorry. This is the 14th floor while ours, 18th.”
“Ok, I see. Someone shall be there soon.”
Before someone arrived, the projector worked.
Then the lady called again telling IT Center unnecessary to come up for it.
“Could you please send an e-mail regarding it?” Someone else replied.
Bursting into laughter again.
Our IT Center is located on the 10th floor.
Two
Just almost into dream, a big noise came from outside.
What’s the hell!
I complained and hoped it could be over within seconds.
The fact is it lasting at least ten minutes without any evidence of ending.
Then I called 110. The line was busy.
Again. It was picked and I told her the situation including my location and the possible source of the noise. Then she told me to dial another number of Municipal City integrated administrative enforcement Bureau within my district.
It reminded me of the business of my company. When I had something, I was kicked from one to another and finally I came back to the starter.
It works this way within my colleagues. No wonder our customers complained they could not find the right one for help!
