Today, one of my colleagues told me that he planned to quit his job at the end of May. Meanwhile, the other lady in our office also intends to leave once she's pregnant. Last year, the driver quited as he couldn't along with my supervisor who came from India.Working in an cross-cultural atmosphere is never easy, especially when someone has character defect.  

I don't know what to say about my supervisor who brought me to this company. We used to be friends and he seemed to be nice person to me. However, as I entered this company and got to know him better, I found that sometimes he was very strange and impossible to understand. For example, he will never smile to us when he is not in great mood. Sometimes he will simply scold my colleagues for some mistakes made years ago. Worst of all, he will never take anybody's suggestion as he thinks that he is always right. It seems that none of us likes him any more. But whose fault is it? Maybe only God knows.
