One Thging I feel regret mostly

Till now I have done many things which I feel regret , but one thing as following is that one I feel regret mostly , I still remeber clealy as just what had happen in yesterday . 

At one evening of the hot summer I came home happily . Throwing the heavy school bag on the floor , then sitting on the sofa , I immediately turned on the TV and watched the program with great interest . A monment later I heard my mother footstep sound , the click sound of open the lock . “Mother is coming back ” . I quickly turned off the TV , ran into my room , at once took out the books , pretend to do my homework .

“Hello Lam , how are you !! You had come back home for a while ??

Ten minutes later my mother came into my room , gently said to me .

Yes !! I replied . “ 

“ OK !! what have you been doing just now ”

I turned around , saw my mother raised her eyebows . “ OH My god !! she is angry now ” So I answered with a low vioce “I am doing my homework” while I grasped my hands , my heart began to beat fastly

“ OK !! so you can show me your homeworks which you did just now ” my mother voice became a littl higher .

I still low my head , said no thing just like not hearing my mother words

“hear me , show me the homeworks you did ” my mother voice just like the thunder through my room

I felt shocked because I never heard my mother shouted at me in this way . I thouht if my mother saw the white pages in my books , she would scolded me heavily . Without any help I had to turn over the pages quickly . My mother saw the white pages which mention I had do nothing for my homework .

“ Why you lie to me !! ” my mother said angry “I heard the voice of TV set , I know you were watching TV , I just came to check if you are honest or not . If you said you had watched the TV , had not done the homework . It is OK !! I will not criticize you , but you lied , so you shall get the punishment ”

In the end I had to sit quitely , faced to wall for ten minutes . At that monment I just remember these this words ----- regret . My mother’ words teaches me a lot ------- It Is Not The Big Deal To Make Mistakes , But The Honest Is The Most Important .

My mother always pays attention to my study , but I lied to her ---- this is one thing I felt regret mostly
