Doing trading ,don't have more expect and Awaitting ,let nature take its course .
There is one old saying :yours is yours ,forever ; if not ,please release .
Have a A good temper and mood for to our trader is more important .i think .
No order ,complaining. from company to client ,from products to boss ;

Order coming ,jump out of your skin . nervous ,be afraid of losing it .
Unfortunately , you lost it finally . then email ,phone, again and again . wanna to get the reason .

why bother ?
The process is enough , don't mind the result very much .
As we all know : No pains No gains , but , not every flower will get its fruit .

- Impressive, yes that is the way to go. When I first started my own trading company few years ago, the thought of failure sent shivers up my spine. I invested all my money and the money of my family. At first there were only enquiries and nothing much materialised. Money and expenses were going out, nothing much coming in. I was so tired. Two months later, I changed my strategy and accepted an order at a loss just to compete with others and position myself as an active trader. By doing so, I won the customer account. Then more and more orders started to come in with reasonable profits because my customer trusted my ability and would not bother to check around. The orders increased to more than what I can handle with 16 hours of work everyday. I could not afford to employ staff as the company was still in it's infancy and it still needed nursing. The customer also started requesting for credit trading (deliver now pay 90 days later). It was top risk but the profits were up to 30% of the order value. I had sleepless nights thinking it over and finally accepted orders with credit. After 4 orders with credit I doubled my money. My customer was happy and so was I. I restricted the amount I lend to the customer because i know my limits and I did not to be bankrupt if the customer don't pay. I never overdid it and kept things in control. I then used a lot of effort to learn computer software and fully automated my work and I became more orgainized and reduced my workload. Finally, I could have a rest. Things went on smoothly for 3 years then I used the profits to purchase my own small office and home. Those properties also more than double in value due to rising property prices. Those 3 years was all work, no holidays, no rest, no friends, no socialising, even my mom said i look unfamilar to her because I was home after she slept and I was off when she awoke. Friends were lost as there was no time to contact. I was reduced to a work machine. However, the success of the company gave me great support and I enabled me to be financially independent without having to work for others. As you, can see, it was a frightening experience all the way. If anything went wrong, I would be penniliess dragging my family down with it. It is plain to see that both luck and hard work has to function together. I was partly fortunate, partly adventurous and hardworking. Don't be disappointed if it fails in the beginning. Very few businesses are successful in the first try. Yes, it is a long and winding road. Keep going buddy.

- Your mindset is great. Not every effort we pay can receive the same gain. But we have to work hard and try our best to find traders. If we don't struggle, we'll even get no chance. You are right just do it, without bother, without complaining. Just keep normal heart and measure every opportunity.

I think you have gone through the most difficult period of your business. You are a tough, endurable and also adventurous man. The way you do business is very adventurous, especially for the first time. But you won. You say partly luck, partly adventurous and hardworking. But I think most of them are your hardworking and your endurable mind. Hope your business goes well in the further.

Thanks .you are employer firstly ,and i am employee in one factory which found in 2008 .i have worked for it one year nearly and have some clients. not bigger, however.our factory also in in it's infancy ,and we haven't more money and capital to enlarge the scale .our boss will not agree the payment by credit ,never .he can accept the 100%T/T in advance . tell you the truth ,i admire you for your will and you have been feld unfamiliar to your mom . as you know ,the economic crisis has taken more infulence to us .maybe ,different products ,different affect .of course ,its just object reason . we will insist on it . "after the rain and wind ,we will see the rainbow ".
someone said :20% harding work + 80% luck = order . heared your story ,i think they are wrong .if you wanna get fruit ,you have to hardworking and adventurous .sometimes ,the Lady luck will help you but not everytime.

May i ask what's products are you manage in ? by the way ,our factory specialize in produce building glass .

At present I my company acts as sole agents for a large importer in South America. We are bonded by contact to deal exclusively with the South America buyer and designated manufacturers in China, therefore, we cannot deal with other companies. However, you may forward your contact email to me and I would pass it on to potential buyers who are interested in your products.

- wow, great job; keeping normal heart is very vital; i just wrote in my blogs; After graduating from college this July, i feel big changement; the society is totally different from the school; now work as a foreign documentation clerk for some time in a factory mostly manufacturing electronic components; i need to learn a lot, especially as to me, a green hand; yeah, i know it's a long and winding road; since i choose it, no matter what happened, i wll try my best to do it; come on, together! dear friends;
