How hot these days in zibo city .
In weekend , i am going to play basketball as usual.
However ,i had't do it so long time since the hot weather .
Feel a little tired after join in work ,maybe short of the exercise.
As i said ,health is first ,work is second .
Let's take more exercise for our health .

- hehe,for the hot weather , i have the same feeling with you ,after finishing work, don't wanna do anyting , instead ,keep staying in my own room with air condition. not going out ,not take part in some activities.

- sometimes i felt tired, too. I think that means lacking of exercises in our daily life. So keep doing some sports every week despite of the hot weather, it'll be fine.
